How to book an apartment

Dear Guests, here follow you will find some instruction that will help you to book the apartment you have chosen for your next holidays in Tuscany.

1.Once you have chosen the apartment that satisfy all your needs, and before making a reservation, we suggest to request the availability by filling the appropriate form, you will receive our answer as soon as possible (usually within 2 or 3 hours).
In The meantime we suggest to read our Faq's, the General Rental Terms and the Montaione's Tourist Guide.
We also invite you to read our special offers to get the best rate or a service that satisfy your needs.

2.Una volta che vi sarà confermata la disponibilità dell'appartamento o le eventuali alternative potrete procedere alla prenotazione utilizzando il modulo di prenotazione.

3.Once you receive the confirmation of availability of the apartment you have chosen, you will be able to make a reservation by filling our reservation form. Once we receive you reservation we will proceed immediately to make the reservation voucher and to send you by e.mail (at the address you have given us) in .PDF format.

4.On the Voucher you will receive by e.mail, and that we suggest to print contain - in addition to a description, the name of apartment, the date of arrival and departure and extra costs - the total price and payment conditions. To definitely confirm the reservation you have to send a deposit of the amount indicated on the voucher via bank transfer, within 3 days from the date of the voucher.
The data to make the bank transfer - bank name, Iban code, Abi, Cab, Account Number and Swift code - will be indicated on the voucher.

5.Once we receive the deposit we will provide immediately to definitely confirm your reservation sending you an e.mail.

6.While you are awaiting for the date of your departure we suggest to read information how to get there and to download the maps of Tuscany and Montaione, available in .PDF format.  Looking forward to meet you in Piè di Costa we wish you a Nice Travel.

7.We inform our guests that at your arrival will be necessary to show the voucher together with an Id document like a passport or identity card to be registered. It will be required a security deposit of euro 150,00 and the balance of your reservation. Credit Card are not accepted.
