Rates of apartments

Rates include:

Water, electricity, gas, linens, bath towels and final cleanings.

Rates NOT include:

Extra cleanings and/or extra change of towels and linings have to be paid a part.

The rate of apartment include 8 hours of heating per day. For each extra hour you pay euro 2,5 for apartment Girasole, Mimosa and Iris and euro 2,0 for apartment Gelsomino and Ginestra. At your arrival we will show you the counter of your apartment that count the total amount of hours you have used the heating during your stay.

In the apartment Ginestra and Girasole you can add a person (usually a children) in a sofa bed with the cost of euro 59,00/week to be payed directly to us. (Girasole is a single bed 8 cm shorter, in the double bedroom).

It is also available a cot for a baby only under request at the moment of the booking and paying directly to us euro 40,00/week.

Pets are allowed only in the period of low and medium low season, and only if little size and under our permission at the moment of the booking and paying euro 70,00/week.
