Vacation home Piè di Costa is an old farmhouse of Tuscany, whose restructure was finished in 1999 and which was divided in 5 apartments, that are at your disposal for your holidays. Our apartments were made in order to satisfy all the needs of our guests and to make their holiday in Tuscany more pleasant.

Apartments Mimosa and Girasole are suitable for those who want to spend a holiday with their family and children, apartment Iris is suitable for two couples of friends while apartments Ginestra and Gelsomino are an ideal place for those who are looking for a romantic apartment and a romantic holiday. All the apartments have one or two bedrooms with one or two bathrooms, as well as a kitchen and an external and private area.

At vacation home Piè di Costa at most 16 people can stay; that's the reason why you can easily relax during your holidays : thanks to a big garden and the swimming - pool, which is never too much crowded, you will have the possibility of sunning yourself and relaxing.

Our apartments, which have been restructured according to the style and the culture of the old Tuscany, are provided with all the facilities you need in order to spend a pleasant holiday.

In every apartment there is an equipped kitchen with all the outfit you need in order to cook the typical dishes of the cuisine of Tuscany : crockery, fridge, freezer and electric oven.

The biggest apartments (Iris, Mimosa and Girasole) have also a dishwashing machine at their disposal. Our apartments are the ideal place to spend a holiday in Tuscany all year round.

Even if the climate is temperate (temperatures fluctuate from 5 to 30 degrees), it is possible to use the heating during winter and the ceiling fans during summer.

Near the house there is a laundry with slot- washing machines and a table with flat-iron, while in the garden there are some barbecues that all the guests can use in order to eat peacefully in the open, using the tables and beach-umbrellas which are in the garden and near the swimming-pool.

Every apartment has its own external area equipped with table and chairs where you can relax yourself and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the countryside of Tuscany and the view on the Chianti hills in privacy.

At your arrival (only for weekly stay) you will find in the apartments as a present a bottle of water and one of white wine of Tuscany or red Chianti wine.

Facilities .

The garden all around the house is big and enclosed, so that the children can play safely and you can have the possibility of eating outside, using the barbecues which are at your disposal.

In the olive-grove near the house there is a swimming-pool ( 5x10 meters) with a big solarium, with shower, deck-chairs and beds and typical beach-umbrellas, from which there is a beautiful view on the Chianti hills and the mountains that overhang Florence.

Furthermore, there is a reception service, so that you can get as soon as you arrive the most important information about Montaione and Tuscany: you can get small maps, information about the services of Montaione, the supermarkets and the best local restaurants.

Those who love a sports holiday will have the possibility of hiring our full suspended Mountain Bikes to run along the different paths of the surrounding countryside ( it is also possible to walk along these paths); our guests will have discounts on the special prices of the near Castelfalfi Golf Club, with whom the vacation home Piè di Costa has an agreement, and other special offers.

At vacation home Piè di Costa it is possible to taste the genuine produce of Tuscany , like Chianti red wine, white wine of the Florentine hills, olive oil as well as the fruits which grow in our garden.
