We kindly ask you to send information requests and/or reservation exclusively with the appropriate forms.
For the privacy law, your details will be entered in the Pič di Costa databank and used to send you tourist and promotional material. You can always ask for your details to be modified or cancelled (Law 675/96).
All the information requests, has to be considered without obligation from both sides.
Sending the reservation form, represent a committment from your side to book an apartment. By the way we will send by post or e.mail a voucher with description and payment conditions.
On receipt of the "voucher" - except in the case of other arrangements being agreed to-a deposit of 25% of the total tariff will be requested to be paid by a bank transfer to the indicated address by and not later than 3 working days from receiving the "voucher", otherwise the booking will be considered cancelled and we will feel free to rent the apartment to someone else.
Once we will receive the deposit, the reservation will be definetly confirmed by e.mail.
At your arrival we will request the voucher together with a passport or identity card, the balance and the security deposit of euro 150,00.
Security deposit will be refunded the departure day after an inspection of the apartment.
The apartments will be clean and in good order on your arrival, and we would appreciate you leaving them in the same condition on your departure.
Apartments are available starting from 16.00pm of the arrival day and have to be leaved in order before 10.00 am of your departure day.
If the arrival time is expected to be after 18.30 hrs , we ask you to please advise us by telephoning the following no. +39 346 76 23 211, otherwise the apartment will only be made available the following day. In case you have to cancel your reservation, the pre-payment will be considered as follow:
◊ for cancellation notified until 90 days before the date of your arrival indicated on the voucher, the deposit will be completely kept.
◊ for cancellation notified more than 91 days before the date of your arrival indicated on the voucher, the deposit will be considered for your next reservation received within one year from the date of cancellation.
