The huge territory of 10.490 hectares, with a wide variety of country roads (here called "strade bianche" which represent a characteristic of the typical tuscany landscape together with rows of cypresses, chianti vineyards and ancient farmhouses scattered in the countryside) and trails for all tastes and bicycles.

Your stay at vacation home Piè di Costa is the perfect choose to enjoy a cycling holiday, because starting from your base camp accommodation, every day is possible to set out in a different direction trying new itineraries with different levels of difficulty depending of your level of ability; this allows you choosing more adventurous trails.

In Piè di Costa is available a bike rental with 8 mountain bike full suspended with 21 speed gear, which give you the maximum comfort in off-road exploring the country roads and for your relaxing tour in Montaione and in the nearby.

For those who want to rent our mountain bike for at least 3 days, will receive for free, a map of the territory of Montaione with the trails and country roads, otherwise purchasing - if available - at the reception in Piè di Costa or in the shops in the historical centre of Montaione.

If you prefer to take your own mountain bike, you will make use of a space reserved to the mountain bikes near the parking of Piè di Costa, and a service for little repairs that we will be glad to offer.

During your stay, we will be glad to organize for free, and for single or group, trips and excursions with mountain bike to discover the charming landscapes of the tuscany countryside.
