Heel veel is perfect aan dit verblijf: schitterende ligging, mooie tuin, de mooiste Toscaanse steden snel bereikbaar. De appartementen zijn heel stijlvol ingericht, geen goedkope vakantietroep.
Minpunt is de gehorigheid, daarom toch geen 10 voor de kwaliteit. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding krijgt wel een 10.Review by Hilde De Moor - 02/02/2007

Prachtige woningen, keurig verzorgd en met geweldig uitzicht. Ligging midden in Toscane is ook super. Wij gaan zeker terug.Review by Gerard Kool
Piè di Costa is de plek voor een heerlijke vakantie in Toscane! Het vakantiehuis wordt omgeven door een mooie tuin voorzien van een zwembad, waarin het na een dag wandelen in de omgeving of een bezoek aan een van de Toscaanse steden, heerlijk vertoeven is. Review by Claudia Camu
Pie di Costa = een ontzettend mooi landhuis, met liefde gerestaureerd door de eigenaars. Uitzicht en (goed onderhouden) tuin zijn prachtig. Appartementen mooi, ruim, schoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien (goede bedden, volledig uitgeruste keuken etc.). Ligging is perfect; midden in het Toscaanse landschap, vlakbij Montaione, én centraal. There are five apartments, all very recently created in an older building. They were designed and built and furnished with excellent taste. I was in four of the five apartments and all were top quality.My husband and I cannot wait to return to Pie di Costa. Pie di costa is apartments in a renovated farmhouse right outside the village of Montaione. The location was close enough to Montaione to be able to use it as a base to shop, to eat, to mooch around, but was private and peaceful like a country location, the views of the countryside were lovely. We dealt with the owner, Filippo, he was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Everything was as it was represented on the website.Review by Carole A.
This 5 apartment/farmhouse was just on the outskirts of Montaione. It was in a beautiful and quiet area with vineyard/olive grove views, very private but not too remote. The owner gave us a great personal guide to the areas best restaurants, which we frequented, but none were in Montaione proper. The website left almost nothing to the imagination, showing many pictures of each apartment, their floor plans, and many pics of the grounds and local town.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quiet country retreat with great access to main roads, train (10 minutes away) and within walking distance to a small quaint town with all amenities

The house with five apartments is located alone on a very quiet, peaceful, and pretty site among olive trees and grapevines. It's a lovely building in the midst of a beautiful and well-maintained garden.Everything was in excellent condition and the apartment had been decorated with care. The family uses these apartments in the off-season, and has furnished them as their own home. There is a TV in the living room, but only one couch for sitting. We stayed 3 weeks in June with our 2 children and had a wonderful experience. Our 2bed/1 bath apartment was very clean and well appointed, with every amenity we needed. The grounds were beautiful and surrounded by olive trees and vineyards owned by the proprietor. The clean, medium sized pool was furnished with chaise lounges, thatched umbrellas for shade and enclosed by grass.Review by Marlies

The building is in very good shape and the conversion to apartments was done thoughtfully with good quality materials. Each apartment has an outdoor dining area and there are grills that all the apartments share. We would absolutely stay here again. We hope to return with our children in the next year or two. The building is a lovingly restored farmhouse. There are 5 apartments, each with its own outside sitting area. The interiors are very nicely done, particularly the furniture and cabinets. Filippo Bracci is the host. He speaks good English. He was cheerful and helpful in all routine matters and extremely prompt and effective in helping us to solve a luggage problem that we created for ourselves. Piè di Costa was the best part of our April, 2006 Italy visit. It delivered pretty much everything you can expect from a one-week stay in the Tuscan countryside. If we return to Tuscany, we will stay at Piè di Costa. I only regret we did not stay longer this time.Review by Mrs. Swan
My husband and I stayed at Pie di Costa April 1-8, 2006 and highly recommend it. The farmhouse is divided into 5 apartments. Owner Filippo Bracci is a charming, friendly, accomodating host who speaks English very well. This is an excellent place to stay, and we hope to return with our children.
