We offer a fenced garden, a playground, table tennis, and a swimming pool with a shallow water area. In the apartments, you will find safety gates, baby cots, and high chairs on request; furthermore, a fully equipped shared laundry room is available for all guests.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
For greater comfort even in the hottest summers, the Gelsomino, Ginestra, Mimosa, and Iris apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms. The Girasole apartment does NOT have air conditioning.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. We are flexible: if the apartment is ready earlier, we will be happy to welcome you in advance by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 9:00 AM to allow us to guarantee maximum cleanliness for new guests.
How does the reservation cancellation work?
Usually, cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival (with refund of the deposit minus bank charges). However, some special rates may have different conditions, so we invite you to check the details during booking.
