Self catering apartments
Piè di Costa is a former farmhouse, restructured in 1999 and divided in just 5 apartments for a total of 16 beds combining elegance and simplicity of nature that surrounds it, to meet the expectations of all its guests.
Renovated in the style and tradition of old times' Tuscany, from tiled floors to the ceilings with exposed beams, wrought iron beds, furniture in "arte povera" style, the apartments come with a lot of services suitable for every kind of need.
Apartments Mimosa and Girasole are ideal for families with children; the Iris apartment is suitable for couples of friends (as it has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet), while the apartments Ginestra and Gelsomino are the best for those who want a romantic getaway.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (a large number of dishes, fridge, freezer, electric oven) and fully functional, allowing you to prepare your own meals, perhaps giving a try to the typical Tuscan dishes.
For greater comfort even in the hottest summers, the bedrooms of apartments Mimosa, Iris and Gelsomino are equipped with air conditioning, while the bedrooms of apartments Ginestra and Girasole are equipped with ceiling fan.
The larger apartments (Iris, Mimosa and Girasole) also have a dishwasher.
Each apartment has its own private patio or terrace where you can enjoy relaxing and romantic dinners, giving you the feeling of a holiday full of familiarity, privacy and tranquility.
This romantic apartment is the small one of the vacation home Piè di Costa, and it has been made from the original wine cellar of the farmhouse.
Ginestra is a very spacious and luminous apartment with loggia and a large courtyard where originally the corn used to be threshed.
Apartment Girasole can be reached by an internal staircase - where in the entrance there is still the old oven which was used to bake bread - and from there you pass into a large living room which has the original fireplace, around which the family gathered to pass the evenings together.
This apartment is on the first floor and can be reached by an inside wooden staircase.
Situated on the first floor, apartment iris can be reached by an outside stone staircase, typical of the Tuscany architecture.
