Situated on the first floor, apartment iris can be reached by an outside stone staircase, typical of the Tuscany architecture.

The apartment is composed by a well-lit living room, a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) with air conditioning, and two bathrooms with shower and wc.

Apartment iris is suitable for 4 persons that want to travel and stay together, thank to the comfort of two bathrooms and the possibility - on request at the moment of the reservation - to transform the twin bedroom in a double bedroom unifying the two beds.

Outside and exclusive to the apartment, there is a terrace with table and chairs, form where is possible to delight the landscape on the Tuscany countryside together with beautiful sunsets.

In this apartment we can accommodate one more person (usually a child/teenager up to 16 years old) at the following rates:

From 0 to 3 years (completed at the check-in date): FREE in bed with their parents or with their cradle.
From 4 to 8 years (completed at the check-in date): € 11,00 / day* during low and medium-low season and € 15,00 / day* during medium-high and high season periods.
From 9 to 16 years (completed at the check-in date): € 13,00 / day* during low and medium-low season and € 18,00 / day* during medium-high and high season periods.

The cost includes, in addition to sheets and towels, accommodation in a double sofa bed in the living room for the Ginestra apartment, on a sofa bed in the master bedroom for the Iris apartment, and a single bed (8 cm shorter than a standard bed) in the master bedroom for the Girasole apartment.*The extra cost will be included in the price of the apartment.

Rates include

Water, electricity, gas, linens, bath towels and final cleanings.

Rates NOT include

Local Occupancy Tax*
Extra cleanings and/or extra change of towels and linings have to be paid a part.
The rate of apartment include 8 hours of heating per day. For each extra hour you pay euro 2,5 for apartment Girasole, Mimosa and Iris and euro 2,0 for apartment Gelsomino and Ginestra. At your arrival we will show you the counter of your apartment that count the total amount of hours you have used the heating during your stay.
It is also available a cot for a baby only under request at the moment of the booking and paying directly to us euro 5,00/day.
Pets are allowed only in the period of low and medium low season, and only if little size and under our permission at the moment of the booking and paying euro 59,00/forfait.

*Local occupancy tax

Price does not include local occupancy tax in the amount of 1,5 euro per person per night only for the first 6 consecutive nights of your stay. At your arrival, Piè di Costa will collect local occupancy tax and pay to the Municipality of Montaione.

Who is Exempt from the fee:

Children younger than 14 years.
Disabled people and their careers provided with medical certification.

Local occupancy Tax

The Local occupancy Tax is a fee paid by those staying in one of the accommodations that are located in the territory of Montaione as well as in many other municipalities in the province of Florence. Must be paid to the manager of the accommodation, which will pay it to the Municipality of Montaione.

The tax will be allocated to finance interventions in the tourism sector which will include maintenance, and renovation of cultural and natural heritage sites in addition to local public services.

The tax - € 1,5 per person per night - applies to any overnight (or for each person for each night), up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights.

Who is Exempt from the fee:

- Children younger than 14 years.
- Disabled people and their careers provided with medical certification.

Here follow some examples:

Family of 2 adults and 1 child 8 years old. 1 week € 1,5 x 6 nights x 2 adults = € 18. The child under 14 is free.
Family of 2 adults and 1 child 14 years old. 2 weeks € 1,5 x 6 nights x 2 adults + 1 child (3 persons) = € 27.
