Each apartment has an external and private place with table and chairs.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool (13x6.5 meters) has different depths and in particular has an area of lower water (50 cm) most suitable and safe for children. The swimming pool is located in the olive grove surrounding the house from where you can enjoy and admire a breathtaking view on the Tuscan hill.
The pool is shared with the owners and is usually open from 01/05 to 10/10.

Barbecues

The barbecues in the garden are at your complete disposal.

Laundry

*A laundry is at your complete disposal, with washing-machine(with coins), iron board and wash-basin.

Parking

Inside the property and for each apartment is available a private shadow box.

Electric vehicle charging service

At the parking lot, at disposal of our guests traveling by electric car, there is a EV charging station*.

Children playground

For those who spend and holiday with children, in the garden that surrounds all our apartments there is a children playground and benches for parents.

Ping pong and table soccer

On the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and from which you can admire a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills, there is a ping pong table and a table soccer for the enjoyment of young and adults.

Pets allowed

*Pets are allowed only if little size and in Low and Medium Low season with and addictional cost.

Wines

From our traditional Chianti grapes like Sangiovese but also Colorino, Trebbiano and Malvasia, we produce our wines that you can taste in all their genuineness.

Baby bed

*Upon request- on booking with an addictional cost - is available a baby cot.

Dish washer

Apartments GIRASOLE, MIMOSA e IRIS has a dishwasher.

Heating

All the apartments has a single heating*, to pay on use upon your request.

Italian coffee machine

In all the apartments is available a coffe machine (moka) and there is available a complete kitchen devices.

TV

All the apartments has a Tv-color.

Ventilators

The bedrooms of the apartments Ginestra, Girasole, Mimosa and Iris are equipped with ceiling fan.

Air Conditioning

To cool off and relax even on the hottest summer days, the bedrooms of apartment Gelsomino, Mimosa and Iris are equipped with air conditioning.
Apartment Girasole and Ginestra do NOT have air conditioning.

To keep mosquitoes away

Mosquito nets on the windows and electric mosquito repellent heater with anti mosquito tablet and liquid mosquito incense, supplied in our apartments, are excellent remedies for keeping insects away.

Child safety gates

Apartments Mimosa and Iris have child safety gates in front of the stairs. In apartment Girasole it is possible – upon request – to install a child safety gate in front of the stairs.

WI-FI

At our guests disposal there is wireless service to surf the Internet at high speed with a laptop inside the apartments, swimming pool and garden.

Cooking books

For those who love the Tuscan cuisine, farmhouse Piè di costa set at your disposal a choice of Cookery Books, that give you the opportunity lo learn how to cook the typical Tuscan recipes.

The village of Montaione is only 500 meters far from Piè di Costa. So, you can get Montaione on foot or by car. In few minutes, you have at your disposal all necessary services for your stay.

At 500 metres you can find a wide choice of restaurants and pizzerias where you can taste the dishes of Tuscan cooking as well as international menus.

Near the village of Montaione you will find a fuel station with self-service 24H.

In Montaione, just 500 metres away, you can find a supermarket Coop (also open Sunday in summer). In Montaione there are also other grocery stores, bakery's, butcher's, and vegetables.
