General rental terms
- The apartments will be clean and in good order on your arrival, and we would appreciate you leaving them in the same condition on your departure. Apartments are available starting from 16.00pm of the arrival day and have to be leaved in order before 9.00 am of your departure day.
- In case of arrival later than 18.30pm, please advise us calling or sending an sms (Via Whatsapp) to +39 346 7623211.
For other communications please send an e.mail to filippo.bracci@piedicosta.com - At your arrival, please show us your reservation document together with your identity card or passport to let us register your arrival. At your arrival we will request the voucher together with a passport or identity card, the balance and the security deposit of euro 150,00.Credit cards are not accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you have to cancel your reservation, the pre-payment will be considered as follow:
- For cancellations from 0 to 30 days before the arrival date the deposit paid will be entirely withheld.
- For cancellations made more than 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded (bank charges deducted).
Cancellation conditions may differ from the standard ones if a reservation with a “special offer” is chosen.
