Everything you need to know before and during your stay at Piè di Costa

Check-in

The apartments are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. This allows us to prepare them carefully and ensure you a comfortable stay from the very first moment.

Check-out

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 am, in order to allow us to carry out cleaning and prepare the accommodation for the next guests.

Late arrival

The reception is open until 6:30 pm. In case of arrival after this time, please inform us in advance by calling or sending a message (also via WhatsApp) to: +39 346 7623211

This way we can easily arrange an alternative key handover.

Early arrival

On departure days, the apartments are thoroughly cleaned, which requires time. However, we will always do our best to make the apartment available before the standard check-in time, especially after a long journey, depending on availability and cleaning schedules.

In case of early arrival, we kindly ask you to inform us by phone or WhatsApp.

What to do upon arrival

Present your booking confirmation
Show a valid ID document (ID card or passport)
Pay the remaining balance, if not already paid or otherwise specified
Provide a €150.00 cash security deposit, refundable at departure subject to any damages

Cancellation policy

0–30 days before arrival: deposit retained
More than 31 days before arrival: deposit refunded (bank charges deducted)

Cancellation conditions may differ for bookings made with a “special offer”. In this case, please carefully read the cancellation terms of the selected offer.
