How to book an apartment

Dear Guests, here follow you will find some instruction that will help you to book the apartment you have chosen for your next holidays in Tuscany.

• After choosing the apartment that fits your needs, fill in the booking form by entering the date of arrival and departure, the number of adults and children, to immediately check the price and availability.
• Once the online booking system has confirmed the rate and availability of the apartment it will be possible to make a reservation for your apartment.
  You can also add - if available - any additional offers and services to enhance your holiday experience.
  However, before booking, we suggest you to read our FAQs, the General Rental Terms and the Montaione Tourist Guide (www.visitmontaione.com).
• After sending your reservation you will receive a temporary confirmation email with a summary of your details and payment methods.
• To definitively confirm your booking, you must pay the deposit indicated in the email, which must arrive within 3 days, by bank transfer. Otherwise we will consider cancelled your reservation the apartment will be available again.
  The data for the bank transfer – Bank name, Iban and Swift code – will be indicated into the booking email.
• As soon as we receive payment of the deposit we will give you final confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
• In the period before your arrival, we suggest you to read the information on how to get to Piè di Costa and download them in PDF format together with the maps of Tuscany and Montaione.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case you have to cancel your reservation, the pre-payment will be considered as follow:

• For cancellations from 0 to 30 days before the arrival date the deposit paid will be entirely withheld.
• For cancellations made more than 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded (bank charges deducted).
