How to book, confirm and manage your stay at Piè di Costa

Dear guests, below you will find some useful information to help you book the apartment you have chosen for your next holiday in Tuscany.

Booking

After selecting the apartment that best suits your needs, by clicking the “BOOK” button you will be redirected to our booking system.

Here you can select your arrival and departure dates, the number of adults and children, and immediately check the apartment’s availability and price.

Once the rate is confirmed by the online system, you can complete the booking by clicking the “BOOK NOW” button.
(If you do not see the “BOOK NOW” button, it is likely that there is no availability. In this case, please send us an availability request.)

You will also have the option to select any special offers or extra services, if available, to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Confirmation

After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the details provided and payment instructions.

Deposit Payment

To definitively confirm your booking – unless otherwise agreed – a deposit is required as indicated in the email, to be paid within 3 days via bank transfer.

The bank details (Bank, IBAN, ABI, CAB, Account Number, and SWIFT) are provided in the confirmation email. Once payment is received, you will get a notification by email.

If the deposit is not received within this period, the booking will be canceled and the apartment will become available again.

Balance Payment

The balance of the booking – if not already paid – must be settled upon arrival.
