Rosè Toscano IGT

Rosè is a wine obtained through the “white” vinification of the best Sangiovese grapes. After a short cold maceration for 5/6 hours to obtain the right color intensity, it is clarified and then refined in steel for at least 4 months.
Tasting notes
This wine with an intense bright pink color, presents itself to the nose with hints of red fruits reminiscent of strawberries, cherries, mandarin and pink grapefruit. In the mouth it is enveloping and fragrant, well balanced between acidity and flavor.
Combinations
Served at a temperature of 12-14 C°, Rosè is a perfect wine for a fresh aperitif and to accompany appetizers based on cured meats, fresh cheeses, fish dishes and grilled white meats.
