Piedicosta.com (Shop) is an e-commerce site for the distribution of wines, oils and other local products, owned by Piè di Costa di Filippo Bracci.
The following conditions of sale govern the sale of all products marketed through the Piedicosta.com (Shop) website, in accordance with Italian law and EC directives, and in particular with Legislative Decree 70/2003 relating to electronic commerce and Legislative Decree 206/2005 for consumer protection, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts.
Any changes or new conditions of sale, which Piedicosta.com (Shop) reserves the right to make at any time, will be effective from the time of publication on the Piedicosta.com
(Shop) website and will be applied only to sales concluded after their publication on this site.
The sale of all goods and products on the Piedicosta.com (Shop) site is dedicated only to users of age or who have reached the age of eighteen at the time of purchase
How we handle your order
Once the order has been received, the Piedicosta.com (Shop)'s staff will group the products from the various manufacturers and prepare the shipment.
This process takes a little longer, we ask you to have a little patience, considering about 10/12 working days from the time of order to receipt of the goods.
We are sure that this little wait will be rewarded thanks to the quality of our products!

Shipping costs are calculated directly at check-out and vary depending on the weight and the country where the goods are to be shipped.
Local pickup (Free)
You can collect your order - by appointment and at no additional cost - at our shipping center in Montaione, selecting from the shipping methods: "Local Pickup".

Returns and refunds for damaged products
Although, all our wines are transported with suitable special packaging that protects them from shocks and prevents sudden changes in temperature, it could happen that the goods are damaged during transport, or that the package shows evident signs of tampering or alteration.
In these cases, in addition to accepting the shipment "subject to verifying the conditions of the content", please take a photo and send it within 3 days (together with the order and shipment references) to shop@Piedicosta.com.
We will evaluate the problem and if the damage was caused by us (or by the courier), Piedicosta.com (Shop) will send the ordered goods again.
In case of failure to notify within the indicated period, the complaint will no longer be accepted.
If the goods are not available, you will be asked to be able to replace the products or if you want to obtain a refund of the order.
